No Fotus Armor & Progress in Game is Missing..

I have submitted a troublecall with Microsoft already but they sent me here so I can dig a bit deeper with the current issue I’m facing since the developer has the precise tools for the job. I have here a case number that the representative gave me to prove I tried the other methods before jumping the chain of command so to speak. Thank you for your time - Case number: 1429127489

The issue I’m having is simple but weird. From my absence from this Xbox One (2 Years) I’ve discovered half of my content that I accomplished in game for Halo 5: Guardians to be missing, including a Fotus Armor set that I know for a fact I had before I left to the Military. Being gone I don’t know what could’ve happened to my content but I got to say it was very disappointing to come back to such circumstances. I hope I can find the help I need in time to enjoy a few more games with the content I know I paid to have in the past. Thank you again for your time. - V/r - Johnny Kuts
