I’ve been sitting here for the past couple hours trying to figure out this code and it won’t work for me.
I have Spartan Assault for the XBOne and for some reason, I can’t get the Flying Colors code to work.
I’ve been looking for every possible answer but it is either glitched out for the XBOne version, or I’m missing something.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You need to have an Xbox One or 360 mission on your Service Record, which you do have. My only suggestion would be to double check you are using the correct code. The only code you can use is the 4th one from this Draetheus V Archive.

None of the codes were working 2 days ago. I borrowed my friends copy of Halo 4 and just about beat the game in a day. Tried the codes again, still didn’t work. I beat Halo 4 yesterday and tried the codes before I went to bed for the night and every code I entered has worked.
The codes that have not worked (and still do not work) are:

I have not tried any of the Requiem 1 or 2 sets, since I know I have none of the requirements met. 4/5 of the codes from the Section 3 archive worked. I do not have any of the “Legendary” requirements, so I skipped all of those codes.
Two days ago none of the codes worked, yesterday they all worked. Is it a requirement that you have to have beaten Halo 4 to get the codes to work? Because I didn’t see that requirement stated anywhere and that is about all I can figure that might have gone wrong.
As of right now, the codes have almost all worked. Before entering the codes, I’ve checked and re-checked to ensure I have the correct symbols. When I would enter the code in, it would flash an error message. It confirmed the correct code, but said that I did not meet the requirements. Which is what had led me to believe that it was a flaw with the Xbox One achievements.
I accessed my account on the official site and it did not register Spartan Assault properly either. I am no longer seeing the same issues appearing. In hindsight, I should have taken some screen caps, but hopefully this will help you guys figure out if it was a random bug or more targeted.
Also, prior to all of this, the only Halo 4 data I had was for customizing my character. If you require any more information, I will provide whatever I can in as great detail as possible.

Those 3 codes are only for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8. Those versions do not appear on your achievement list. Here’s the official code page. Also, this page has exact requirements for each code and what they unlock.
I don’t know what is causing your other issues though.

The only code for Spartan Assault on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 is Flying Colors. Recruit, Prodigy, and Able Spartan apply to the Windows 8 and Windows Phone versions of the game. You can find more info here:
