If can’t believe they left this out the game. If you’re in gamechat you can’t hear or speak to anyone until the game is loading why would you do that? xbox live already has basically no social anymore this just encourages to make it worse.
I’m not even sure what you’re talking about, and I’m in a party 100% of the time that I actually want to talk to people.

Party chat works, game chat doesn’t. Try it yourself, have you and a buddy sit in the lobby and you won’t be able to talk to each other, the only time you will be able to hear each other is when the game is loading
