So as soon as i played a few wzt games (and lost), There was something that caught my attention. In ideal farming situations where in normal warzone you would get farmed to hell, Instead in wzt i got cored. I am wondering if this happened to all of you, or just me (being cored instead of farmed).
If it is the case that this is common i think 343 would need to find out the reason behind this and implement that in warzone
It’s the fact that farming has got to be nearly impossible, the team getting farmed can bring out the big guns and take banshees to the sky to fight their way back out, the team that wants to farm will find it very hard to surround the enemy base and pin them in.
warzone turbo has been a breath of fresh air and I hope we see it again soon.
It shows that faster req levelling in warzone could be all it takes to solve the problem.
maybe this is the very solution to farming in regular warzone, either level the reqs slower or level them faster, or even give the team with 0 bases a boost so they level much quicker to even it out or even triumph.

Maybe… but it seems like it would only be a temporary fix. The whole purpose of the Req leveling system in Warzone is to discourage the game from becoming a pay to win kind of scenario. Even if a player decides to spend money until he has an unlimited supply of Legendary Reqs, he won’t be able to use one on each spawn and dominate the game.
Warzone Turbo is working right now because most players, even those who haven’t bought any Reqs, are sitting on a big stockpile of weapons, vehicles and powerups that they’ve never gotten around to using. Once those supplies start dwindling, the mode will become unbalanced in favor of those who are willing to spend large amounts of money on Reqs. In that situation, it is conceivable that Warzone Turbo will become not only pay to win, but pay to farm, with Spartan Companies organizing around who is willing to spend money on Reqs each month, and farming the heck out of the rest of us.
I think we should be careful about suggesting that Warzone Turbo might be a solution to farming. 343 is of course interested in making money and replacing Warzone with Warzone Turbo full time would almost certainly increase Req purchases as anyone who wanted to be competitive in the mode would need a steady supply of high level Reqs. If they get the message that we want Warzone Turbo, they’d have no reason not to give it to us.
Personally I think it is a nice addition because it does give us a Fiesta like Warzone experience where we can use up the cards we have laying around, but I suspect it will work best as a weekend social playlist, not a full time mode

however it should be a permanent weekend playlist. aka that it wil return every weekend.

> Farming usually takes place when Higher Req levels overwhelm lower Req ones so Turbo kind of takes care of that.
you can still farm in turbo most of the time it’s done early on cause they rush you right of the bat and have every one push up at their core even as early as 1 minute into the game. I had one game where they had rushed so fast none of my team had even got half way to the 1st base
and there is another kind of a way one team can over power the other is by stacking up boosts and power weapons and never giving them a chance to spawn or access reqs out side of their spawn time.
