Look around 0:30-0:33, you can see the player fall from a great hight and he takes no damage to his sheild, he even flinches.

I loved fall damage. I didn’t like in Halo 3 when you fell off the top of a map and didn’t die when you landed. Spartan or not, fall damage belongs to reach. Are they taking it out of all playlists or classic?

Yeah, falling damage will be a new gamtype option after the TU and… duh, duh, duhhhh! The Halo 1 pistol!

343 said they were making a more classic feel, not just a CE feel, but yes that makes no sense now.

Lol. All jokes no seriousness.
I think that the fall was shorter than what you are thinking it is. There are times where if you fall from just the right height you will flinch but not take damage.
