First of all, SWAT is my personal favorite gametype. It’s fun, competitive, and you can get better from it. So I’ve been playing for a little under two weeks now and I’ve noticed I haven’t yet gotten an Extermination medal… Oh that’s because they trashed it. 
That was actually an informative medal. Plus its one of, if not, the most satisfying medals one can earn. Now I have to go watch the game in theater mode to check and see if I even got it. But oh well, I’ll keep playing SWAT til they do away with it. I also hope that TrueSkill system comes out this millennium. But I’m just bummed. End Transmission/Rant.
It was taken out im pretty sure due to the spawn system

Have faith my friend!! It is in with gametypes that do not have instant respawn, i was about to give up on the game then he said those beautiful words in a game of ctf

The Extermination medal still exists, it’s just harder to get with the instant respawn system in some gametypes.
thank you friend, but it still seems dumb. to get the Extermination, you still kill 4 different people. You aren’t killing the same person off the spawn. That’s really dumb.
Yeah, Exterms are still around, but you won’t be getting one in SWAT unless you manage to kill them all without them hitting X immediately D;

Strategy Guide says it’s in, and the entire team MUST BE DEAD WITHOUT ANYBODY RESPAWNING. So if you want to get it in Instant Respawn gametypes, maybe you could get an Incineration Cannon if they’re huddled up for some reason and fire away. But that is really unlikely.

That’s some janky crap. It used to mean: Kill the entire enemy team with at least an Overkill.
forget the extermination why are there no special spree medals anymore…what do i have to aim for without my vehiculer manslaughter -_-
