So I’ve put about 3 hours into the flight now and have completed all the weekly challenges as well as got to the point where my daily challenge cannot be completed as it isn’t applicable to the gametypes we have.
At this point I am level 6 on the battle pass and have no way to gain more EXP so my only option is spending the credits 343 gave us for the rest of the levels.
I really hope that 343 change this in the launch and let you gain battle pass EXP after each match similar to how MCC does it, and it is a shame that we do not in this flight as I would have loved the ability to naturally complete the battle pass.
It could be worse I have 50 credits left get everything in the store and maxed out the battle pass as far as it can go because there’s no more challenges which is like level 6 like you said
There is a consumable to reshuffle your challenges, but they could do something similar to MCC where pvp and pve are separate challenges.
Ive thought about that too. Is there an overall level system? Exp seems to be a bit confusing at this point. I’m assuming everything will net exp and not just challenges. Perhaps it’s all turned off for the tech preview?
@John3003x - I had to reshuffle my daily challenges to be able to finish them, funnily enough I reshuffled 3 challenges when I thought I only had 3 shuffles but that could have been UI bugging out. Also I agree that separate PvP and PvE challenges would improve the battle pass.
@ADROCKgreybeard - From the flight there doesn’t seem to be an overall level system right now, just the battle pass. I assume for the tech preview they dont want to start gathering player data on overall levels ect just the data on battle pass levels obtained.
I’m worried that this is there way of making extra money knowing that people that grind are going to get all the challenges done quickly and then have no option but to buy credits to progress for the rest of the day. The full game definitely needs xp for playing matches and extra for winning or else its just going to be pay to progress after a point

It’d quite confusing, since I was able to go up to 8, while some people on the forum got to 16? Sounds like a bug
Yep, stuck on level 5.5, just completing the weekly Capstone now, I wish I saved my credits for levels, I bought everything like they asked even though I didn’t like some of it lol
Also was saving my xp boosters for higher levels so now they are just going to sit there also… XD
Didn’t they say there is a reward for people who reach level 20? They get something early? I hope 343 address this.
It’s almost certainly a bug. There are exp booster you can buy which would imply that there’s ways to gain exp towards the pass in-game. I can’t imagine it would only count towards the challenge exp.
I’m up to 13. I’m 100 exp away from 14 and I have no more challenges. I think I only bought one level jump with the credits they gave me. I’ve only seen one guy with the helmet from reaching level 20 in the BP.

See I’m in the same boat but at lvl 9 with 250xp to go to lvl 10
I’ve seen people with the maxed out teir rewards but I don’t think it will be possioble for me to max rank it now

Yeah, I came to that same conclusion. But I wanted to look pretty. How was I supposed to know I’d run outta challenges? Lol.
There are no challenges left. So cannot progress further in season level.
I noticed before I completed my challenges (at least daily) that there was a countdown, but now it doesn’t show. I sure hope that they refresh, otherwise, I’m stuck at tier 9. Otherwise, man I love this game!
