I just finished a 4th round on WZFF Prospect Heroic where during the last 2:30 minutes there were no enemies to be found anywhere. link to short video. We actually finished the round without finding any enemies at all.
This actually happens more often than not. No detriment to your match, whatsoever.

Except when it’s a “kill 30 soldiers” round. I’ve had that happen and we lost
Sometimes this happens during the Protect the ___ rounds, which is nice but boring at the same time.
On Urban,a legendary banshee got stuck in a wall where we couldn’t shoot him. We lost because of it and needless to say I was pretty upset.
I don’t play firefight that much but I can’t why that would get annoying
