I still haven’t received the second email for my Steam key, are they still being sent out? I’ve checked my spam and it’s not in there either.

The title is Halo Insider MCC Flight Four - Steam Invitation and it says “A separate email will be coming shortly with your Steam Key.” No mention of the MS Store or Hub.
Double check your spam / junk mail. If you use Gmail / Outlook, then make sure and check your other non-focused inboxes

I assure you I’ve checked everywhere. There doesn’t seem to be a way to submit a request ticket for this kind of problem either.
are we still having an issue with accessing the website in general? i received a Microsoft store invitation but its not in my hub and i’ve submitted a ticket but havent been able to access the site to check on anything.

If you don’t see MCC listed in the Xbox Insider Hub, and can’taaccess the Insider Support site, you’ll be logged in with the wrong account. You can use the Xbox Console Companion to log out and then log back in with the same email that matches your invite. Once you do that you should be able to access and download the build

The problem there is that you can only submit a Game Issue, Game Crash, or Report a Player. Even trying to use one of those requires stuff like Repro Steps and a DXDIAG which aren’t applicable to this sort of problem.
