Has anyone got this achievement yet? I just completed Chapter 1 of Episode 5 on heroic with 3 randoms, and I didn’t die throughout the entire mission, yet I get no achievement. What’s up with that? Does it have to be solo? What?

Well -Yoink-. I wonder if it really is bugged or if there’s just a hidden requirement that isn’t being fulfilled. Did you guys protect/save both objectives? Or even one?
I got it on my first go. I died 5 times through the entire mission and still managed to get the achievement. It must mean keeping on of the stations intact until mission complete because that’s when mine unlocked.
i died during the defense and got it, but we kept both the defence points alive
tht must b how you unlock it, i thought it would b based on deaths aswell tho

If someone has gotten the cheev even though he died in-game, then it’s clearly not related to player deaths. It makes sense that it would be related to something in-mission, instead, much like the “What Power Outage?” cheev.

Well, I didn’t die on the mission, but my two friends died 6 times a piece and we all got the achievement but we saved the satellite thingy.
So…I dunno.

You CAN die as many times as you want to.
But during the DEFENSE you have to survive.
343i should have made it more clear with the description. Whatever, we’ll all get it soon-ish
They both died during the defense, though. 
So does it require both stations to survive?

Oh… Well then i guess just make sure the things make it through
I just got it. Died during the defense, but both objectives stayed alive. I’m pretty certain it’s based on the defense of the equipment and not your own mortality, which mean the achievement description is a tad misleading, but this certainly wouldn’t be a first in halo achievements.

playing Heroic lost one defense item and we didnt die unlocked at the end of the defending part
