“No easy way out” Achievement not unlocking. I did exactly what it said… twice! Anybody having the same problem?

I believe it says Chapter 1 Episode 5. So its the first one we got isnt it?
Episode five is the fifth week of Spartan Ops.
Each Episode contains the 5 chapters, not the other way around, sorry. One episode, five chapters, per week. Episode 5 is in 2 weeks and 3 days or so

Am I the only one who was disappointed when this achievement popped up even though I died during this mission? It said survive the assault, these achievement descriptions are just the worst I’ve ever seen. Playing solo on legendary as I always do, anything under legendary is a waste of my time I was doing great until knights spawned all around and on top of me, eventually occupying every spawn point. I was prepared to attempt this mission again at another date or in co-op, but this, they just give the achievements away practically.
Survive a mission should require that you do it deathlessly; you don’t get a perfection medal in matchmaking if you die so it should be the same way for spartan ops as well. That previous achievement where you had to rescue marines in spartan ops would have failed if all marines were dead, the same should be used for all achievements. With all the knights that seem to never stop spawning this level and many others - the only reason to replay it over is to boost commendations.
It did unlock for me I just didn’t see the part of the subject about not unlocking.
