I’ve been playing Reach ever since I got a Xbox 360 and now have all of the DLC packs. Only problem is the maps don’t show up in Matchmaking. Is this a bug or is this happening to everyone?
It isn’t that the DLC isn’t implemented in the playlist, it’s just the majority of the Matchmaking players do not have the DLC. If everyone has the DLC except one person then the DLC maps won’t show up. Your best bet is to go to the Recruiting Forum to find people to play with!

even better is to join a clan or find people that have the dlc and max out the match then play other wise it wont happen everyone on the match has to have it or it will not show up
