I preordered digitally and have yet to recieve my preorder bonus (Sentinel BR.) I checked that the preorder bonus was installed, and reinstalled it for good measure. Am I missing something?

Not that I know of, I have the same problem, and I’ve seen many posts from others with the same issue. I’m extremely irritated that it hasn’t been addressed by 343.
I also have it. I am not sure if this applies, but my brother and I got it on the same console under his username. I have it all installed but I am not getting anything.
I’m having the same problem, weren’t we supposed to get some armor as well? My brother has it but I don’t, 343 please help, you are our last hope.
