Finally picked up Halo 5 yesterday, but I haven’t been able to enjoy the campaign so far because of some audio issue.
In campain I can’t hear any dialogue (even though I know somebody is talking since I have subs on).
From what I can find online, more people had this problem and what fixed it for them was changing the language on their xbox to Englisch which would then prompt them with a message saying they had to download a language pack for Halo 5 (1 Gb big).
Thing is, I already had my console set to English.
Nevertheless, I changed my console back to Dutch (since I live in the Netherlands), didn’t work. Changed it back to Englisch, didn’t work.
I have an xbox one S and the Halo 5 total file is 96,4 Gb for anyone interested.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
If not, I’m throwing away the disc. Been a Halo player since the original Halo came out and I just want to play the Halo 5 campaign and then go back to Halo 2 and 3, but I just can’t enjoy the campaign this way sorry.
