No "Dedicated To Crimson" achievement?

there is an achievement “Dedicated to Crimson” for beating all spartan ops missions in all 5 Episodes for the first season. i have done this (on Heroic or harder) and have not unlocked the achievement…anyone else having this issue or am i missing something to do with the achievement

I have had the same issue. All of the second weeks Spartan Ops were gone. All of the missions were on heroic or higher. These are not as fun to play with out matchmaking. Is there a fix aside from doing the missions again?

This achievement is bugged. You have to replay the first mission on episode one to get it to pop. I completed episode five and didn’t get it either. I went back and replayed the first chapter and it popped.
