::::You completed all spartan ops missions but your are told your missing one or you just have all completed and you didn’t receive achievement.
I know im not the only one with this issue however i would like to know if anyone is working on this issue as i did not see any thing on it.
If you have this problem after completing all the requirements, just replay a spartan op on easy and after you complete it,the achievement will unlock.

you just have to play a chapter on easy, then it should unlock.
Just play one mission in any chapter in single player. If you succeed, then you will get the unlock.

a mission is a chapter, there are 5 chapters per episode. you need to complete another chapter if it diddn’t unlock.
just play the very first mission on easy, i had the same problem as you
