Every time i try to use the ‘‘Majestic’’ glyph code i get the ‘‘No data unlock’’ message, do i need to have extra content (DLC) or complete something to unlock it.

Have you done the requirments you are suppose to do? Certain codes have certain tasks you have to complete.
The code you linked is for Silentium, not Majestic. You can find the Majestic code here, there are no requirements for either code but you may want to make sure you are entering the correct symbols
