I can’t access game mode options. Please help me this has been happening for 7 months!

There is a glitch that stops the user from being able to select maps, gametypes, etc., as well as viewing those options. The Custom Games menu becomes virtually empty. I have seen posts regarding this issue since the game came out, and for some reason none of those people appear to ever have solved the issue. There has been an uptick of these reports on reddit halo and reddit forge, but not too many here. There’s apparently no solution to this error. Users have reported reinstalling the app, hard resets, contacting MS and 343i, etc., all with no resolution to be found in the end.
