No credit for completions

I have just cleared Spartan Ops on Legendary solo and was awarded the achievement for it. When I went to inspect my progression it didn’t show that I completed the last 3 missions on Legendary and the 3rd mission says I didn’t even complete. Is this a lag in server side? I thought that information would of been kept on the console.

I am also having a similar problem with mission 5 of the campaign. It has not shown that I completed that mission but I was awarded the achievement. Sorry if there is another thread elsewhere. I was not able to find something similar.

all of them say they’ve done on legendary

i have the achi for dojng them all on legendary

i have the achi for solo legendary

still don’t have the challenge completed…

I’m having this problem with campaign as well. I completed Dawn on legendary solo and I didn’t get the challenge, but it’s complete. I also completed Requiem on legendary solo, but did not get the achievement nor the commendation.
