No "contact us" link?

Is there a reason for this? Who do i call to get some technical support? I have been experiencing the same issues for nearly a week and nothing has been posted or responded to by anyone that is capable of assisting me. I don’t understand how this company can have a forum that is rarely visited or replied to by someone with authority or expertise in these issues, as well as not having a phone number in which to contact them for technical support. Maybe I’m just missing the link, but does anyone have a number I can call?

Do I just call MS or something then? I would like to get this problem sorted out ASAP.

Trying to beat the game in legendary and the reclaimer map is messing up I can’t destroy the big covenant ship I shot like 12 grenade launchers at its generator but it won’t explode so I can’t move on

Never mind. I just realized this was bumped…and I’m not exactly sure why.

Who do I contact about the issues Im having, my halo profile says it wont sync, then i try it again and then it does , then it doesn’t. Then when it works and put me in a match be it arena or warzone it plays like Im in default setting, no access to rec’s no recoded data. no nothing. I have contacted Xbox but they say the problem is with Halo 5. can some one help please.

That’s a common problem among many people the only solution for it right now is to hard reset the game (go to home screen, hit start and reset the game). Im sure 343i knows about the problem and is working on it as best they can.

Generally, you should make a new post with your issue in the Halo 5 support forums, for future reference please don’t revive very old post. As noted above though, a hard reset can some times resolve these issues :slight_smile:
