Just hoping someone can let me know if this is the right forum to post in. I have a hotmail account, it is the same email i have had since my very first day on xbox live and still no code. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have to make a twitter account to talk to halo waypoint support.
Because, get this logic: you can’t reach halo waypoint’s support team through the halo waypoint website.

Well that doesnt do any good seeing as everyone is here, after MS is passing the buck like always when they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

You should be receiving the code sometime soon, everyone is getting them at different times, my girlfriend got hers a few hours ago and a lot of others have not such as yourself so they are sending them out just so many they have to send so be patient, it will arrive.

I was patient when I waited the 21st-30th for my code to come in. When they start being late, thats when I have the right to demand to get what I earned.

They are not “late”. The final date wasn’t set at November 30th, it was December 1st and it hasn’t been long turned December 1st. When it hits 12am December 2nd and you’ve received no code then you have the right to complain.

No one seems to know 100%. There’s a lot of confusion. This email distribution seems to be managed kind of poorly.
I’ve ran things similar to this where I work. I’d be in a lot of trouble if it went like this.
well thanks for the info guys. I have been checking my email now for about 20 hours lol. I am really close to rank 70 and dont want to play anymore until i get the code so i dont waste xp. Kinda sucks because i have been ready to play more halo 4 for a while now

to make sure ur checking the correct email …sign in to xboxlive.com go to manage profile then at the bottom it says settings and pref go to contact preff and there will be 3 things that pop up at the bottom it will say the email add that u need to check for updates and mail listed for that acc …my code was sent to a diff email add that i forgot about but when i checked everything i just told u had to get the code from and old acc and if its there and ur able to click on the link the code will pop up but type the code in on ur xbox in the redem code section
I am a patient person but if don’t get my code later today or tomorrow, i’ll have no choice but to use my friends code instead which he got a few hours ago (before 12:00). I really don’t want to do that despite being offered, so come through for me Microsoft! 
Can’t shake this feeling something is wrong and i am not going to get an email. Verified email on msn, contact preferences has the email on the xbox site, i am awesome, played before the 20th…
Yeah, i’ve met the requirements. So, more waiting is in order. I just hope it’s worth it but i totally understand how many codes they have to send out.
