My games are lagging like crazy with the announcer repeating every line 3 or 4 times. Constantly hearing “ball dropped” 4 times in a row is quite irritating. As is not being able to kill enemies due to them teleporting around the map. Im trying to find a support page to log issues but have no idea where to go.

I feel you, dude. Total bs when it happens and I hate lag like old timey war flashbacks.
Maybe just send a general support ticket so they know what’s going on. I’ll probably do the same. It really ruins my fun on games like this. 
What is your internet download speed and ping? As for announcer repeating, there’s a small chance someone might be juggling the object. People have used drop juggling in Halo to move faster with the objective since the beginning. If neither above is the issue, I know for a fact the game is just poorly optimized to where even high end PCs with huge ethernet internet speeds have issues too.
