No clear controller method to mute players

A few cursory attempts at navigating the in-game player list using a controller could not allow me to select a player, and by relation, mute them. I attempted to navigate the menu as I would MCC. If the feature already exists, its not intuitive as it is in other titles in the franchise, and should be made far more clear. This is objectively a critical feature that should be included for launch.

It’s an unfortunate fact that there will always be toxicity online, and with a free to play entry point, accessibility and protection of the player base is everything. Without a mute button, you open up the door for trolls, racists, and every in between coming in through the free to play mechanic to get their maximum kicks, which (outside cheaters) is the biggest issue free to play games face.

On that same note, there should be an option to report players while in a match as well. Some players do not want to participate in matches with the aforementioned toxicity, but would like to do their due diligence in reporting them.
