No chat with fireteam

Has anyone been having this problem… Everytime I invit esomeone to party up I cant hear them, but I can hear people in game

im having a similar issue with trying not to have chat played through my speakers. i turned MP chat off and set the audio for it to headset. Still hear people every game through the TV.

There seems to be no chat with fireteam until you are in the game.

To get around this you need to be in a party with your fireteam - This has its own limitations, you cant speak to anyone that’s not in your party and they cant hear you, also there are limitations with the number of people you can have in a party -_-

Is this a bug?

i read on the forums here that there is no chat during matchmaking bc that part is not secure until the dedicated severs load. its to reduce cheating or something

It could be their xbox one mic cause my mic that came with the console almost never works and picks and chooses when to
