Completed the requirements for many of the Weekly PvE and Seasonal Challenges to be told that the challenges had been completed, but upon checking the challenge hub I find that I haven’t been rewarded for any of them, but the challenge has a full progress bar e.g. 1/1 or 5/5. So I left it overnight without closing MCC so as not to lose progress and tried again today, completed the forge related challenges for ease sake, and again no rewards but a full progress completion bar. Really hope this gets fixed as it is wasting lot of people’s time. Also, the achievement “All According to Plan” still remains bugged after years, there’s probably more but this is the main one I’ve noticed, and I know some people have had no problems unlocking it but I’ve done the section correctly on every difficulty multiple times and still no unlock. I keep retrying after every update in the hopes they might have fixed it but the years keep passing and still no fix. Very frustrating. Also, Spartan Ops on Halo 4 is completely broken, still. I can get as far as the ‘Choose an Episode’ menu but the moment I actually pick one my game instantly crashes to the Xbox dashboard 100% of the time. I mean sure it’s only Spartan Ops but I’m essentially locked out of ever playing it because of a bug that is seemingly being ignored. Again, very frustrating and I hope it is resolved soon.

This is bugged for me also on xbox, challenges says 150/150but won’t complete.
Yeah I have the same problem. Happened for the seasonal Voi Polloi I & II. I did 2 campaign playlists, which should’ve given me both challenge rewards, but it didn’t. When I checked the hub, they were listed as 1/1 and 2/2 but not completed. When I restarted my MCC and xbox, I checked the hub again and it then said they were incomplete, 0/1 & 0/2. Missing out on my 6 tier rewards and 70k exp is a tad irritating…
Same here. Got a couple of challenges I thought were completed, because they were showing ‘150/150’, or ‘3/3’ when I checked right after playing, but no reward, and after restarting MCC, I was back at 4/150…
Voi Polloi 1 glitched for me too. Full progress bar, reset to zero after closing the game
Same here with Voi Polloi 1 and 2. I got past one by doing the same Campaign list again and the second time it unlocked. When I went to do a second separate list for Voi Polloi 2 it did the same thing but I don’t have the energy to re do it again.
Got the same problem with voi polloi challenges. Also some challenges did complete after completing a few others (like folks need heroes, twenty grand and car alarm) however these also got a glitch. They pop up again and again when I kill new enemies related to the challenge like infantry eliminator and heavy lifter. And al those challenges keep popping up completed after every kill I made in campaign. Please fix this?

I submitted a ticket too, since they launch the patch. I lost all my PvE challenges progress.
I had to complete the voi challenges three times after bugs. Now I finally got them completed. This is how I did it. First. make sure to play 2 playlists from any other halo except 3. Do that one at the last step of the third voi polloi playlist. I did the lonely noble six playlist (fast ending bc of lone wolf, takes about 20-25 min in total) and the vehicle playlist from ODST (one of the fastest par times in total across the playlists) lastly I did mixin it up from H3 and got the challenge completion.
if for any reason you did not get the completion in the meantime for the voi polloi challenge 1, restart the game and see if the progression is still there. If not, it’s glitched and you have to do it again…
Also if you have your Xbox on non-power saving mode, make sure you close off MCC first before you switch off the console, since you can fast start up MCC the next time if you don’t do this. I have a feeling this might be related to the challenge progression measure system or something like that.
Anyways, I can complete challenges now, but still have to watch out for glitches and restart asap so I don’t have to replay again and again…
Have these issues been resolved yet?, Also do we get season points for leveling up now?
Was just playing co-op with a friend and he didn’t get the ‘Elite Company’ challenges, but I did.

Yeah I have the same problem I had the voi 1, unsc weapons 2, twenty something, the sniper one, the explosive one all done it wont give my the rewards and I restarted the game and lost it all I’m not happy please fix this 343
I can’t believe these challenge problems still aren’t fixed. Why are there so many issues around challenges? I used to keep getting the one where they all reset to 0 every time I started the game and I had to keep signing out and in until they were fixed. Now some of my challenges aren’t unlocking when they’re fully done and there’s no way to save the progress and it just goes back to 0 so there’s no way to even fix it so there’s literally no point in playing the game because you actively reset your progress every time you complete a challenge. Why will I bother playing the game if not playing the game is better for my progress than playing the game? I can’t believe it’s so poorly programmed. It’s just a complete and utter disaster since it first launched in every way. I submitted a ticket but I wont hold my breath for it to be fixed. I don’t think challenges have any hope of ever being fixed at this rate.
I’m having the same problem too. I suspect that it’s some kind of anti-cheat protection thing? I’m not sure, just speculation. Very annoyed though. I worked really hard for some of these 
Good lord. I thought it was because I’ve been playing offline because I live up a mountain and have rural internet, so pretty much all of my gaming time is spent on single player stuff lately while I’m at my house. It worked fine for me before the patch. Now when I complete a challenge (150 splatters for example) it says 150/150 and I get the completion notification, and then I don’t receive XP. Same for anything the rewards season points. Doesn’t matter if I’m online or off. I thought they didn’t like that I was completing challenges while offline and thought I was cheating or something.
Same here. Its annoying. I hope it gets fixed soon. Im really close to the next tier so its a pain.
