Hello,
Only recently got halo 5, and have spent days downloading the 90+GB (super slow download) so I can finally play.
Started the campaign to find that I don’t hear any of the NPC voice chat 
. Having searched, there is a fair bit about changing your region language and getting a voice package update for a fix.
I’m in the UK, Xbox and game bought in UK. I’ve switched to Spanish, English Canada, English Australia, and English USA. Multiple languages packs downloaded but nothing changed.
Help please, I’m frustrated and sad, I just wanna play and enjoy the campaign as it was meant to be played.

That’s a very strange bug. Have you tried turning subtitles on? That will at least show if it’s an input or output problem

Yes subtitles works fine. I did get dialogue in the first cut scene, so I thought i was only not hearing the team chatter while you go through the level. Got to the next cut scene though with no dialogue at all. No idea what’s being said without subtitles.
Again I’ve changed my region language back to English UK across all settings. Game and Xbox was bought in the UK.
I’m stuck as to what to do…
