No Campaign completion. No armor. No stats.

Hello!

I am FearRec7. I have only been on Live for a day or two. I completed the Halo 4 campaign on Legendary, and really want the Legendary armor. The only problem is that on my stats it says that I have NO campaign completion. Nothing at all. I completed it on Legendary, with some skulls on. I was quite proud of it too. It isn’t an easy task beating Halo 4 on Legendary! I went on normally, and was looking forward to my armor and avatar award. I go onto Live, and I get NO armor, no Campaign stats. I still have the Mark VI helmet on my avatar, and it still says I beat the game on Legendary when I go to Campaign. Is there any way I can fix this so 1: I can get the Legendary armor and 2: I have Campaign stats? Thanks for replies.

Were you connected to Xbox Live when you played the campaign?

If not, that’s why there are no stats recorded. You need to be connected to Xbox Live so that the stats can be sent to the servers here to be recorded.

you need to complete the campaign commendations in order to obtain the Mark VI set. If you still have your completed campaign save, simply replay a level without skulls, see if that would update waypoint stats. Otherwise if you were playing on different consoles you’ll need to delete and recover your profile again on to current Xbox.
