REALY!? What does this have to do with Halo 4!? NOTHING! Please use the thread in the general discussion forum board, instead of spaming the Halo 4 forum board every -Yoinking!- week with “Where is this week’s bulletin.”
Asking that question in the “WHERE IS MAH BULLETIN?” thread is a good way to reduce forum clutter and redundant topics. (That, and you might find an answer there before you even have to ask.)
