The spiker wasn’t a useless weapon.
think of the LMG as the spiritual sucssor to the 'Spiker.Big,large ammo box,fires rapidly,can have a ‘suppression’ effect

The AR has a faster kill time than the spiker. I’d rather use Halo 3 magnum than spiker.
