When will there be BR starts or an mlg playlist. What is this AR spam crap. I mean a playlist dedicated to BR starts not team swat I came here for halo no COD I want slayer with br starts or mlg playlist how did they mess this up???

I have no idea what game you’re playing, but in Halo 5, the AR and SMG very well does beat the BR up close.

I know, I don’t want it to be like Halo 2-3 where the BR beats everything. Weapon balance is perfect in my opinion.
I love this game exactly as is. But i would love a good mlg playlist with br starts and no radar. Would also love seeing some br starts in the team arena playlist rotation.
Swat does count and BR starts suck. Sorry but I dont want it to turn into cross map engagemnts with no movement. AR/pistol starts are fine since you can pick up a BR, DMR, lightrifle. 343 has catered to enough.

How does BR starts relate to balance? Starting with a different weapon does nothing to balance.
Eh… doesn’t matter much to me. Seeing how the AR and the pistol are actually useful now. Besides there seems to be plenty of BRs or other rifles on the map.

Yes it does. If everyone starts with a BR, no one will get anything else and it will become a cross-map engagement with no movement. It will make the Magnum obsolete, no one will use the AR anytime, and BR will reign supreme.
in fact i do love swat gameplay, earning headshots with br or magnum its what i like the most
and the pop sound when u kill someone, i think weapon balance is fine
Magnum is more skillful and so fun to use. Perfect starting weapon for this game.
ok i prefer ar/pistol starts in this game, and to the guy that said swat does count, NO IT DOESNT. Swat is instant kill to the head. some people like this guy want a competitive mode with FULL SHIELDS with br starts.
