No bonus req pack for joining a spartan company

I joined and was accepted into a spartan company. My inbox said that I received a reward pack and when I clicked on the open req pack button, I was given a message that it had already been opened. There’s also nothing in the req pack tab. I haven’t opened any packs since before asking to join a company, so I didn’t accidentally open one. How do I receive my pack? Thanks!

Having the same issue here. Just says “pack has already been opened” but I can’t preview on waypoint or anything

No one’s figured out how to go about this? Having the same problem myself. Pack says it’s been opened, but can’t preview the items on Waypoint and the game doesn’t seem to have given me anything at all far as I can tell.

Same problem here, along with my preorder pack and teishin armor. Pretty sure I’m in a dead zone as far as 343 is concerned

Same issue it’s annoying, also I watched halo nightfall, I received my armour but no emblems

It’s a glitch. The items were awarded and put into your req pool. It sometimes happens when trying to open a pack. This thread is three years old. Please check the dates before reviving threads.
