Doubt it. At least before the game is out. They might do what Reach did and have a demo after it has been out for a while to bring more players in.
They’re changing the game so drastically (in comparison to previous iterations) that I think they’re wise in foregoing a beta test. What I do think they will do is to introduce beta tests for one or both of Halo 5 and Halo 6. By that time, people will have become accustomed to the changes that Halo 4 introduced, and will focus more on providing constructive feedback than on reacting primarily from an emotional standpoint (as they’ll do for Halo 4).
