No audio in Halo MCC Series X

On the Xbox series x there’s a problem where in the title screen the sound is normal but after you press start the game music drops to a point where you can barely hear it. I tried reinstalling it, checking for updates, and checking for any hidden settings. Has anyone had this problem?

Your music volume is turned up high enough right? I would double check the setting in the audio menu just to be sure.

Yes it’s at 100 percent!

Do you also play on PC?

I had same issue on series s a couple of times, and music cut off completely, I just restarting mcc and it was fine

Last night I reinstalled MCC so hopefully it’ll be back to normal. I appreciate all of your help. This just shocked me fkr the first time when jt happened and I was confused :confused:

I’ve been dealing with this for months, even contacted support, uninstalled, reinstalled, everything. The only solution that solves it temporarily(for me) is canceling the data sync that it does at the beginning. If you find another solution though, please tell me.
