No assassination's in Halo 5?

Does Anyone know if H5:G has assassinations? I’ve looked at a lot of gameplay for it, and haven’t once seen anyone perform one…I’m starting to doubt their existance in the game, and they were one of the best, and most rewarding, things in the Haloverse…Can anyone tell me without being an arseh*le about it too? I know I sound a bit n00b-ish, but I generally have not seen one yet…

Sorry about the Arseh*le comment, I guess I’ve been replying to too many haters and idiots in YouTube comments…

Yes there are assassinations, you start off with one -Yoink-. animation but you can get more by playing the game and buying request packs with creds

There is around 14 I think which you get get randomly from the REQ drops.

AnimusxUnbound is correct - you start with one and unlock the remaining animations.

I have several. You need to hold melee behind player to do it, not tap. Also if you’re sprinting you’ll shoulder charge, so beware.

Just be careful if you’re attempting to do one while sprinting - the same button results in a spartan charge. I’ve scared myself a few times looking for the animation for assassination and plowing through the enemy guardian and back into battle!

Anyone else find the fact that you have to earn them a little stupid?
