Does these mean we could finally have our floating orbs of cloak and over shield back?
I think they may be map ordnance like in 4. I liked the map ordnance overshield more than the orb.
What I didn’t like was that the ordnance can be seen from everywhere if you are near enough (the indicator thingy).
What do you mean back? They never went away.

I agree with the indicator, hopefully it does not stay for Halo 5.
I much prefer the power-up design of Halo 4. It looks like a sci-fi battery of some kind, rather than a ball of magic straight out of some anime.
We already have those. They’re called power ups.

If you re watch the RTX live stream you can see there is an indicator on the weapons but it only shows up when you are close and is a little triangle and I think it looks really good

Any link to it? I didn’t see the whole event.
edit: Well… It’s probably on youtube already so I’ll look it up later

here you go
Look at the plasma pistol on the bridge and then the carbine later on the brigde at around 6:58

That does look good. Not bad.

invis did

And Custom Power Up. And an OS that was properly designed.

It was there in Reach. Can’t remember for Halo 4 as I refused to play that game.

Why?

For the same reasons I, and many others did, I imagine.
It is a bad game on almost every level.
If it wasn’t for that RTX video, I’d still think 343 has no idea what they’re doing. That video proved to me that they learned a lot.

I’m in your shoes. I like to think that H4 multiplayer didn’t happen and that the H2A multiplayer will be what H4 multiplayer should have been. It actually looks pretty good from a Halo standpoint. I want to see the actual final build and all the assets because I know they said they were using a lot of placeholders for some weapons and whatnot.
From the said video earlier, you can see on the sky bridge to big tower, it looks as though there is OS or Invis, but it’s not the orb, it’s the H4 version. But like I said in the last paragraph, they said they were using placeholders, so hopefully it’s just a placeholder and we get the orb back. That would make me happy. Not that the H4 battery pack looking thing was bad, but I just would rather walk over the powerups to pick them up rather than hold a button to pick them up.
I disagree with you. Halo 4 was great.
Halo 4 was still an enjoyable game, all of you naysayers are just butthurt because you can’t get what you want.
Anywho i hope that floating orbs do come back because you can actually spawn them unlike Halo 4 where it was a large rectangle and only available through ordinance.
Halo 4 plays nothing like, and has none of the loved qualities of the original trilogy.
The haters have justification.
Tons of randomness. Lack of teamwork. Countless other changes for the worse for no reason.

You say that like everyone 100% loved the original trilogy.
