No Arena Req Bundle?!

I have downloaded the Arena Req Bundle today, it is installed. i went on to Halo 5 and went into my packs but they are not there. I have hard-reset my console and that didn’t work! What do i do? Do i wait? i don’t want to have wasted money… ;(

I think for you it might have something to do with the servers being messed up right now and whatever problem xbox live is currently having.
