When I viewed a clip from a game, I noticed there was no announcement of “double kill, triple kill, OVER kill”. What’s up with that? Is is going to be included in an update? Clips are lacking something significant without. Please??!!
I have been hearing about this since launch that there is no announcer in theater.
I was just in theater earlier today watching a clip, and he was announcing all my multikills and sprees. I don’t understand why so many people are confirming they don’t hear him. The few times I used theater I heard him every time.

The announcer voice works if your watching a full game but if your watching a recorded clip it’s removed. At least that’s what I’ve experienced.

I was just about to edit that in, I watched the full game and recorded a clip, but I haven’t watched the clip yet so I wasn’t sure if he only talked in full games. Thanks for clarifying that.
Yeah I wish they would fix that. Once it’s recorded, the announcements are removed. It really takes away from the clip if you ask me.
Any reason why they would remove the voice?

I`m pretty sure they fixed it with TU1 meaning that if you record a clip before the update it has no announcer but if you record it after then it will, at least thats what I thought anyway.
I just recoded a clip tonight and announcer wasn’t included.
Are we to assume there will be no announcer in File Share clips? It really lacks something without it, HAs 343 mentioned anything about this?
What if someone where to get an Extermination? The clip would be bland without the announcer included. Montages wouldn’t be the same, you wouldn’t get the same feel for the gameplay, unless recorded by a capture card(HDPVR) which most people can’t afford. 343 PLEASE fix this in an update.
