Is there an issue as I experience no Aim assist Xbox Series S in 95% of games? It seems very random or is this linked to the poor latency problem, which in turn may b caused by lack of regional server matchmaking. Im in the U.K but more often than not I get team mates and opponents from America and Asia resulting in awful game experiences. How can I matchmake in my area for lower latency?

I feel your pain. I think it’s a combination of things. Some of it is designed in the mechanics, like anytime your zoom is knocked out, your aim goes wild it seems like. Or some have said jumping lowers assist. Also, sometimes seems like strafing can mess up the assist… which hilariously when another enemy (even in Vehicle) passes cross your aim when your shooting someone else, the aim assist feels multiplied by 5x 
just to mess you up even more.
Another issue could be the connection or desync, where your aiming is not the same as the server sees it. You can at least turn on Network Statistics in your settings and it will show your ping on the screen as you play. Although, connections for me seem suspicious even with decent ping, for me.

Agreed, the desynk is horrible in 9 out of 10 games but zero AA when PC players with controllers get full AA is madness. I’m not sure if the Devs actually play the game!! Opt out of cross play would solve a lot of this. Never asked for it, never wanted it!

I play on the same console version, I’m a fan of no aim assist, but to help with aim, move all your “looking deadzones” to 0. It should help a ton.
