Just beat the game now on Heroic difficulty. No achievements popped, even after the epilogue.
Sort of anti-climatic.

It’s obvious there’s a glitch somewhere. If it’s any help to 343i I reloaded a checkpoint on mission 8 which was the Bravo start, purely because I wanted a quick recap of my mission objective. However, I accidentally restarted the entire mission from the beginning, before reloading the Bravo section.
