No access to Halo: Nightfall

Bought MCC on PC (Steam), apparently Nightfall is meant to come free with the hard copies of the console versions. Is it by design that I would have to otherwise purchase the Nightfall show separately because I bought the PC digital copy.

As far as I’m aware, Nightfall is no longer bundled with copies of MCC.
