No access to Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer

I have two error messages that appear when trying to load Halo 5: Guardians.

  1. Attention: Error authorizing with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes.”
  2. "Profile Sync Error: An error occurred when syncing to your profile. Settings and preferences have been set to default for this session. Changes made during this session will still be saved to your profile.

This seems to stop me being able to access multiplayer features, such as arena and co-op campaign etcetera.
I get this error message when trying to access these features:

Attention: Unable to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians Lobby Service.”

I’ve tweeted @Brav several times, but with only one response - and no change to being able to play. I haven’t been able to play the games multiplayer since it launched, and I’m tired.
I seem to be the only person suffering from this, so any help would be appreciated.

Nope, no change, and I tweeted @Brav everyday for a week with no response. It’s ridiculous.
Sorry for late reply, I borderline gave up. Any change for you?

Same Problem with my box…

Does anyone have a fix for this yet?
My game is unplayable. I get both errors and cant even access the solo campaign.
It flashes connecting to lobby then nothing happens.
It also says i dont have any friends playing online when there are 3 at the moment playing

I’ve had the same issue since launch! I’ve been a massive halo fan for years and I even bought the big Xbox one bundle with the halo console. but I’ve tried everything from deleting it to sitting there for hours resetting the game over and over but it doesn’t work. but this has put me off quite a bit, just due to 343/Microsofts ignorance on the matter.

I found out, what caused the problem. Due to the fact, that IPv4 won’t be supported for too long, from now, internet companies are updating your Modem to IPv6. Just give your Provider a call and kindly ask them to switch back to IPv4. Took him about 4clicks…Quite ridiculous, that some XBox services aren’t compatible with current IP systems…Hope it worked for you guys, for me it did!

Try tweeting @Brav, if you have Twitter. He didn’t respond to me, but if it’s a big enough problem he may get the Multiplayer team to try and fix the issue outright. Or try the solution Nehos gave us. I’m going to try it ASAP, and I’ll tell you if it works or not.

If your internet has child filters, or any form of blocks on it, remove them. I’ve been playing the games multiplayer for a couple of days now, and it’s great. Seriously. If this solution doesn’t work… I’m sorry.
