One of the hardest medals in Halo is the Ninja (some will probably think otherwise, and I agree with them, it is kinda easy) But Ninjas are still pretty hard because of Desync but thats beside the point. Let’s see who’s the best ninja here. Me personally, I have 78 ninjas of which 2 or three were sneak kings. How many do you have?

I only have 5 because I always end up either jumping too far back or getting back smacked.

not going to lie, they’re very easy to get in infinite. Before launch, i’d never go for them on mcc cus i’d prob just get embarrassed. However, on infinite i got 53 to answer your question. No player collision is likely the reason why they’re so easy.
Due to the massive desync Infinite has had throughout its lifetime, the other network issues, the bugs in the game, and the ridiculously widespread hacking there’s been, almost all ninja medals are not legitimate.
Given how “easy” ninja medals are to get, just how often people go for them is far too frustrating, especially how these issues end up making these people “succeed.” The high number of times when people gloat over “getting” this medal is even worse.
The fact that so many people try so often to “get” ninja medals severely disrupts the intended flow of gameplay. When enemies keep jumping backward to try to get behind me, it’s just stupid, and is even more so when these same issues mentioned above interfere with players’ abilities to hit these enemies with their shots.
Halo wasn’t designed for the players to jump backwards constantly instead of shooting a weapon. This is true gameplay-wise and sportsmanship-wise.

I’ve got 2 in roughly 2000 games. I obviously don’t try for them and I got the two by pure luck.
I do know that a lot of the Ninjas against me involved the other player being in front of me on my screen.
Not sure about trying for Ninja medals disrupting the flow of the game but it’s rarely the smart play against a decent opponent. Sure they get me every so often but more often they just end up dying without doing any damge to me and I’m not even a particularly good player.
