I always enjoyed the Ninja Gaiden franchise for its fluid and skillful combat, and deep and engaging gameplay. It seems although according to reviews that accessibility has became the primary focus with NG3 and the deep action gameplay of previous Ninja Gaidens like Ninja Gaiden: Black( My personal favorite) is no longer the focus.

> Ninja Gaiden 3 is all about accessibility. It isn’t necessarily about dumbing down; it’s about choosing how you want to play. The game no longer wants to kick your -Yoink- - horror of horrors - it wants you to enjoy the ride. Accessibility runs through everything, from the action (which now features more emphasis on one-button kill moves), to the plot (good, old fashioned world-domination nonsense) to the characters (Ryuremoves his mask, revealing himself to be human after all). It’s fair to say long-time fans - and the famously outspoken NG creator Tomonobu Itagaki - will be spitting chips, but the reality is that Ninja Gaiden needs to broaden its appeal or it will die in obscurity.
Now I dont want to seem like that hipster guy who thinks everything that is older is better, but wow this new Ninja Gaiden game looks bad lol. Well it looks like another great game franchise ruined by trying to be “accessible” rather than trying to be true to itself. I mean seriously IGN Gave it a 3… IGN never gives out less than 5’s even to the worse games!
So anyone else buying this game or are you getting scared off by reviews like I am?
