Hello.
I purchased the master chief collection and everything looks great but when I click on Halo Nightfall it tells me to buy the collection which I’ve already bought. I’ve checked and nightfall is installed on my console as part of the package. Any ideas how I can fix This?

Same problem here…I don’t much care when MP is fixed,as I bought MCC mainly for SP and Nightfall…but have a same problem as the person above me…I did manage to watch Ep 1 before it happened but can’t rewatch it O.o
There should be a code in the case, just punch that into the Xbox and you should be able to watch now. I had the same problem!
I don’t have a case or code as mine was digital download. It downloaded the master chief collection, the halo channel app and nightfall. All is installed but when trying to watch nightfall it says buy halo, which I already have lol
i sams issue can’t wacth. It again it may be glitch

same here i watched nightfall after installing the MCC on my xbox one now the halo channel just keeps telling me to buy halo?? do we know what is going on with it?
I have read someplace that a guy got rid of this problem when he did a hard reset. I’m sure you already tried that but I believe that it is worth mentioning anyway. Maybe it can help someone.

I have the same problem. I bought the digital copy from Microsoft store, no codes or anything needed I believed. (Also other issues with campaigns: my xbox one freeze and returns to dashboard everytime I touch anything Halo 3).
Have any of you guys tried the steps/notes listed here by the Forum Team? If not, give them a try. Failing that you could try doing a reset of your console (quite everything to dashboard and hold int power button for about 8 - 10 seconds). Load up the Halo Channel and try and access it, or load up MCC and try and access it from the extras menu. If that still doesn’t work, try uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that will help 
I don’t get why everyone is so hyped for that. I have no intention of watching it, and I’ve played every campaign. Oh, they let the stupid lightbulb kill Johnson, so now they need a new black guy as a main character in the story? No thanks. How bout we just write Johnson back in as having mysteriously survived again? Nobody can replace him.
