Nightfall still isn't working for mcc

So I bought the master chief collection some time ago installed it it was a dud I put a post up just like everyone else waited a few days and still no word from a support team

wondering if if the people upstairs are even listening and starting to wonder what is happening to this once great game

First, if you Manage App for Halo Channel, do you see the Halo Nightfall add-on installed? http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/games/view-downloadable-content

If you do not see the Halo Nightfall add-on installed / available to install:

  • Was your MCC purchase digital, or was it a physical copy? - If physical, did you redeem the 5x5 code from the paper insert in the case?
    If you do see the Halo Nightfall add-on installed / available to install:

  • Have you tried this while only your account is signed into the Xbox? - Have you tried fully closing and then restarting Halo Channel? http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/apps/how-to-close-xbox-one-app-or-game - Have you tried a full power cycle of the console? Xbox Support

let me start of by saying thank you for responding to my post it is much appreciated,
with that said I did buy the Master Chief Collection as a Physical copy and redeemed thee 5x5 code as instructed,
i have tried restarting my xbox, closing, uninstalling and re installing the halo channel and thee end result is the same when I open to thee halo channel app scroll to nightfall click on view episodes it says I must buy episodes and when I do it takes me to the market place where it reads it’s already been installed… I’ve noticed in other forum posts by other users that this isn’t a reoccurring issue and was wondering if perhaps you guys had a means to fix it
