I bought the game and downloaded nightfall thing and was able to watch the first episode but now it wont let me watch any of them it says I have to buy halo mc but I clearly did. I uninstalled the channel app and reinstalled and it is still not working. is anyone else having this issue and is there a way to fix it?
A lot of people (probably, almost everyone) have this problem.
So far Forum Team gave us a step-by-step that didnt change much.
And then, silence.

I don’t know what the digital download people are going to do but there is a little card in the box that held the game. Scan that card and you should be able to play Halo nightfall.

I scanned it the first week it was out and was able to watch the first episode. Now a week and a half later i cannot watch the 1st 2nd or 3rd episodes
Guys, in the box there is a redeem code for halo channel and nightfall bundle . Scan it or write down the 25 character code. U should be able to play it now
If you bought a physical copy you have to input a code that came in the disk holder
I have a fantastic idea. Put the videos in HD up on WY point for anyone. Since you guys messed this up too I think it’s the last you can do.
Over a month and a half and all major problems. Horrible. Network code. Horrible. Faith in Halo 5. Not very high.
