Nightfall not working for other users on same Xbox

So my brother and I share the same Xbox, and since we got our Xbox One together with Halo 5 and the Master Chief Collection (as a download), I was able to watch Halo Nightfall on the Halo Channel just fine, and received the Nightfall armor as it so promises.

My brother however, despite also using Halo Channel, is unable to watch it on his profile. We tried everything that other people recommended, but it’s been a struggle. All he wants is the Nightfall armor and helmet. Any help is appreciated. (His gamertag is AWESOMETr00perX btw).
