Nightfall Locked?

I’ve recently went back to playing MCC and was going to watch the Nightfall series that came with it until it said I need to purchase it.
Was this a timed thing?
I pre-orderd so I’ve had this since launch. I even received my ODST code as well.

Anyone else having issues watching NF?
