Nightfall helmet not in collection.

I’ve had it during the beta.
I can wear it now.
But it’s not unlocked in the collection.
Keeping me at 99%.

I watched upon release (1)
I have tried re-watching nightfall(2)
Un-installing halo channel and watching again(3)
And watched the unlock episode a few times…

Is there a way I could ask to re-unlock the item?
Some place I can ask for a code or something?
Though I can wear it it’s keeping me at 99%
