This has been an issue for me since the launch of the game but until now I have not felt the need to have the helmet, however going for 100% completion I need it. I pre ordered halo 5 limited edition at launch and watched the entire nightfall series. To my understanding the nightfall helmet is from watching the first episode and watching the entire series gives you the armour. I have watched the entire series and I was given the armour but not the helmet? is there someway to contact a 343i worker directly for support or a way I can personally fix the problem, ive tried watching it again. I watch it on the halo channel on xbox one whilst signed in and still have received nothing. (im from australia so thats why im spelling armour the way I have)

Nightfall armor is unlockable through the REQ system. It was added to the REQ pool because of Halo Channel not always registering episodes watched, or some reason like that.
